SEOTDA CARD GAME is a Korean card game using 20 Hwatu (hereinafter "Card") in which players bet on the value of their dealt cards across multiple rounds, similar to other showdown games like Poker.

SEOTDA CARD GAME is essentially 2 card stud. This is a betting game, and while it uses the card deck, it's assembled differently, only using 20 cards.

SEOTDA CARD GAME is played using 20 cards of a deck, consisting of only the two most valuable types of the cards from January to December. Card decks have numbers on them (1's on January cards, 2's on February etc.).

SEOTDA CARD GAME hand rankings are based on the combinations of two cards. The hands are ranked from highest to lowest as follows:

(Numerical Value Hands): Point

These are based on the sum of the card values, with 10 considered as 0 Point (e.g., 2 + 8 = 10 is considered 0, which is called Mangtong).

The last digit of the sum of the two numbers is 9.

1+8, 2+7, 3+6

When the number of digits of the sum of two numbers is from 8 to 1, it is said that 8 Point > 1 Point, and the higher the number, the better the hand.

2+6 = 8 > 7+8 = 5

8 Point (Pal KKeut): Sum of cards equals 8

7 Point (Chil KKeut): Sum of cards equals 7

6 Point (Lyuk KKeut): Sum of cards equals 6

5 Point (O KKeut): Sum of cards equals 5

4 Point (Sa KKeut): Sum of cards equals 4

3 Point (Sam KKeut): Sum of cards equals 3

2 Point (i KKeut): Sum of cards equals 2

1 Point (il KKeut): Sum of cards equals 1

Sum of cards equals 0,

which is called "Mangtong"

2+8 = 0

This is a special function that only applies to specific hands during general hand situations.

As a combination of 4 and 7 of ten digits,

BRIGHT PAIR HUNTER can win the battle against 1·3 or 1·8 BRIGHT PAIR.

However, if the highest score in the final match is not 1·3 or 1·8 BRIGHT PAIR, it will be treated as 1 Point.

As a combination of 9 and 4 of ten digits,

players can rematch with a hand of below 9 Point or less

(i.e., when the highest of the opponent's hand is 9 Point or less).

As a combination of 3 and 7,

players can catch 9 PAIR or lower.

However, the player cannot defeat 10 PAIR, BRIGHT PAIR, and the invincible 3·8 BRIGHT PAIR.

If there is no pair among the opponents, the digit is 0, so it is treated as 0 Point (Mangtong).

As a combination of 4 and 9,

If a player's hand is 1·2 (Al Li) or less,

i.e, the highest of the player's opponent's hands is 1·2 or less,

the player can invalidate this round and rematch.
